With so many online merchants these days, it’s hard to tell who’s legit and who’s not. I took a gamble and purchased a beautiful custom ring from www.custom365d.com and hoped it wasn’t a scam. I was reassured with thoughtful and timely progress reports (in the form of photos and videos via messenger). Plus, there were updates every few days. Once I saw an actual video of the product, I was convinced. I paid the balance and received the ring quickly. I was also given a tracking number to locate its trek across the ocean, to the sunny shores of California. Alas, I received notification from FedEx that my beautiful jewelry had arrived safely in Fresno. I was surprised at how bulky and massive it was. And it shined in glistened with radiant beauty. It’s heavy AF and surely will outlive me. True precious metals and jewels, for a one-of-a-kind presentation. Something like this is important to those of us in the Hip Hop community and I am truly honored. This timeless piece inspires me to do additional business with this firm in the future. I’ve found this company to be timely, respectful and courteous. But most importantly, reliable. Well worth the wait !! For sure !!

I live in Georgia and if you are skeptical about shopping with them trust me you don’t have to be. They are 100% legit. The turnaround time I wasn’t long at all the customer service is perfect. I ran into some issues with my bank because they kept reg flagging the transaction due to them being over seas. But custom 365 response time was quick and fast . The quality of my pendant was perfect I’m currently ordering another piece (great quality) Thankyou
